As the New York Times wrote, ""At Le Malt, food makes an appearance, but cocktails rule."
Sue and I would only half agree with that statement. Not only were the cocktails incredible, creative, and delicious, but the food was outstanding as well. Executive Chef Duke Estime is the first Haitian born chef to be featured at the James Beard House in New York City. The dishes he brought out for us to photograph were not only beautifully presented, but also were bursting with incredible flavor.
It was really such a treat for us to photography their new cocktail menu. We could easily see and feel the passion that is poured into making this lounge top notch.
